About Consumer Law Consultant LLC

Consumer Law Consultant LLC (“CLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a non-attorney consulting firm located at 3707 Main St, Suite 27, Atlanta, Georgia 30337. We provide investigative, documentation, and case-preparation consulting services related to consumer credit reporting and debt collection.

We operate exclusively as a non-attorney consulting firm within all applicable legal guidelines, including strict adherence to restrictions on the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) as defined by applicable state and federal law.

Services Provided

CLC provides the following consulting and documentation services:

• FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) Audit & Investigation — forensic review and documentation of credit report violations
• Inaccuracy & Harm Portfolio — litigation-support case file development for use by licensed attorneys
• Debt Defense Evidence Package — documentation of FDCPA-related violations and collection activity
• FDCPA Violation Investigation — identification, logging, and documentation of Fair Debt Collection Practices Act violations
• Self-Guided DIY Documentation Kits — digital educational products including guides, templates, and sample letters
• eBook publications authored by Leonard Gresham

All Done-For-You (DFY) case files are prepared solely for review and use by licensed attorneys. CLC does not file disputes, initiate legal proceedings, or communicate with credit bureaus, furnishers, or debt collectors on behalf of clients unless specifically contracted to do so under a separate written agreement.

No Legal Advice — UPL Compliance

CLC expressly does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to factual investigation, documentation, and the preparation of organized case files and educational materials. All legal strategy, legal advice, and legal representation must be obtained from a licensed attorney.

Any documents, case files, letters, or materials prepared by CLC are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use in any legal proceeding.

Clients acknowledge that CLC consultants are not attorneys and that reliance on CLC’s work product as legal advice is expressly prohibited and inappropriate.

Money-Back Guarantee

CLC offers a money-back guarantee on all Done-For-You (DFY) consulting services under the following terms:

• If CLC is unable to identify and document at least one (1) actionable violation in your case file, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for that service
• The guarantee applies to the identification and documentation of violations only — it does not guarantee any specific legal outcome, settlement, or court result
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of delivery of the completed case file
• CLC reserves the right to conduct a review of the submitted case materials before issuing a refund determination
• The guarantee does not apply to DIY Documentation Kits or eBook purchases, which are non-refundable digital products
• Clients who have engaged in chargebacks or disputes prior to requesting a refund are not eligible for the guarantee

Payment Terms & Fees

All fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due as agreed in the client service agreement. CLC accepts payment via the methods disclosed at the time of engagement.

• Done-For-You services are priced individually starting at $750 per service, or $3,000 for the complete bundle of all four services
• DIY Documentation Kits are priced at $97 per kit or $247 for the complete bundle
• eBooks are priced at $149.99 each or $249.99 for the complete bundle
• Clients who purchase any DFY service over $300 receive both eBooks at no additional charge
• Prices are subject to change without notice for new engagements; contracted pricing is honored for the duration of the agreed engagement

Client Responsibilities

By engaging CLC’s services, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their credit situation, financial history, and relevant documentation
• Respond to requests for information or documentation in a timely manner
• Understand that CLC’s work product is based on the information provided and that incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the quality of deliverables
• Consult a licensed attorney before taking any legal action based on CLC’s case files or documentation
• Not use CLC’s materials in any way that would constitute the unauthorized practice of law

Confidentiality

CLC treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with the express written consent of the client. Attorney partner referrals are made only with client consent.

Case files and work product prepared for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment of fees. CLC retains the right to maintain internal records for business and compliance purposes.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, eBooks, DIY documentation kits, templates, and sample letters, is the intellectual property of Consumer Law Consultant LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law.

DIY Documentation Kits and eBooks are licensed for personal, single-user use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of these materials in any form without written permission from CLC is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Consumer Law Consultant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or reliance on our work product.

CLC’s total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

CLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the outcome of any legal proceeding, dispute resolution, or credit bureau response based on materials prepared by CLC.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your engagement with CLC shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Changes to These Terms

CLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Opt-In & Communications Consent

By submitting any form on our website — including the contact form, notification opt-in forms, or purchase forms — you consent to receive communications from Consumer Law Consultant LLC via the contact information provided. These communications may include service updates, case status information, promotional materials, and educational content.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at the information below or using the unsubscribe link in any email communication. Transactional and service-related communications may continue as necessary to fulfill your engagement.

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
