We operate exclusively as a non-attorney consulting firm within all applicable legal guidelines, including strict adherence to restrictions on the Unauthorized Practice of Law (UPL) as defined by applicable state and federal law.
CLC provides the following consulting and documentation services:
All Done-For-You (DFY) case files are prepared solely for review and use by licensed attorneys. CLC does not file disputes, initiate legal proceedings, or communicate with credit bureaus, furnishers, or debt collectors on behalf of clients unless specifically contracted to do so under a separate written agreement.
CLC expressly does not provide legal advice. Our services are limited to factual investigation, documentation, and the preparation of organized case files and educational materials. All legal strategy, legal advice, and legal representation must be obtained from a licensed attorney.
Any documents, case files, letters, or materials prepared by CLC are provided for informational and organizational purposes only and should be reviewed by a licensed attorney before use in any legal proceeding.
Clients acknowledge that CLC consultants are not attorneys and that reliance on CLC’s work product as legal advice is expressly prohibited and inappropriate.
CLC offers a money-back guarantee on all Done-For-You (DFY) consulting services under the following terms:
All fees are disclosed prior to engagement. Payment is due as agreed in the client service agreement. CLC accepts payment via the methods disclosed at the time of engagement.
By engaging CLC’s services, clients agree to:
CLC treats all client information as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with the express written consent of the client. Attorney partner referrals are made only with client consent.
Case files and work product prepared for clients remain the property of the client upon full payment of fees. CLC retains the right to maintain internal records for business and compliance purposes.
All content on the CLC website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, eBooks, DIY documentation kits, templates, and sample letters, is the intellectual property of Consumer Law Consultant LLC and is protected by applicable copyright law.
DIY Documentation Kits and eBooks are licensed for personal, single-user use only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or sharing of these materials in any form without written permission from CLC is strictly prohibited and may constitute copyright infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Consumer Law Consultant LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services or reliance on our work product.
CLC’s total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
CLC makes no warranties or representations regarding the outcome of any legal proceeding, dispute resolution, or credit bureau response based on materials prepared by CLC.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your engagement with CLC shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
CLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
